Letter of Explanation
For select countries, certain products may not require an import permit. In such instances, a letter of explanation (LoE) is required to authorize an export license. Download a LoE template by clicking the PDF icon and email a completed copy to info@tacomhq.com.
Export License
If a product is subject to U.S. Export Control, an import permit or letter of explanation is linked to an export license and carrier tracking No to ensure timely processing through customs. Applications for export will be submitted by TACOM HQ (unless specified otherwise). Approval averages 4-8 weeks. A case number to monitor status here will be available upon request.
