TACOM HQ® fully complies with all U.S. export control laws and regulations (“U.S. Export Controls”), including without limitation the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the Foreign Asset Control Regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in the U.S. Department of the Treasury. All products will be handled in compliance with U.S. Export Controls.

If a product is subject to U.S. Export Control, an import permit or letter of explanation is linked to an export license and carrier tracking No to ensure timely processing through customs. Applications for export will be submitted by TACOM HQ (unless specified otherwise). Approval averages 4-8 weeks. A case number to monitor status here will be available upon request.
