PRO TIP:: Larger the diameter, greater the Structural benefits. Smaller the diameter, lighter the barrel. Prioritize performance or weight.  Final diameters are dictated by caliber and length. Change the length to reveal more finish options.

IMPORTANT::  Final diameters are estimated; not final.  All Structured Barrels® taper up or down to fit action.  Thus, the neck and action may have two different diameters.  Gunsmith cuts barrel to final length, removing 1-2 inches off the muzzle per vendor specification.  McGowen is shipped at selected length.  Weight is the estimated finish at a raw +1-2″ length and prior to gunsmithing.  To maximize barrel life, borescopes are highly recommended to guarantee a comprehensive and consistent bore cleaning.  Click here for borescopes.
